What Happens After I Hit Send?
Expect to hear from me within 1-3 business days. (Response times vary based on the busyness of the season.) I'll reply to let you know if I'm taking on new clients, or not. We'll determine via email if your presenting concerns & goals match my areas of expertise. (Identifying your top 1-3 concerns/goals when you initially contact me speeds up this part of process.) If they do, we'll schedule 1 free ~20 min phone call. This phone call is followed by a few initial sessions for each of us to decide if we're a good fit, or if a referral makes more sense. If we're not a good match, I can refer you to a group of trusted colleagues. Let's get going! |
